Medina Garden is a complex of low-level apartments with 24 hour security, wonderful gardens, a lovely swimming pool with children's area and a short tennis court for those wishing a break from sun-bathing.
Lifts from the reserved underground parking give easy access to the apartment. Medina Garden is located just west of the marina in Puerto Banus and a 40 minute drive from Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Everything is within easy reach, the safe sandy beach is only a 5 minute stroll away boasting the popular beach clubs, bars and restaurants of Ocean Club, Budha Bar, Tramps, Pedro's Beachbar and the wonderful spanish restaurant Los Espigones (open 365 days of the year!).
The beach area is wonderful for swimming, taking a relaxing massage, buying trinkets from the local traders or even having your fortune read!
Mistral Beach Club and Holylwood Watersports is just a 15 minute walk from the apartment and offers one of Costa Del Sol's best water sports collection with jet skis, banana rides, water skiing, pedalos, charters and a wonderful beach for those less inclined to hit the waters!
The wonderful coastline is an exciting contrast of local fisherman with their nets and an ocean full of luxury yachts.
Although Medina Garden is situated in a quiet residential area a 10 minute walk downtown will transport you into the hustle and bustle of the famous Puerto Banus Marina with it's abundance of fashionable shops, wonderful frontline alfresco restaurants and bars and luxury yachts. An ideal place for a glass of wine and some very interesting people watching!
This area of the Costa del Sol is affectionately known by many as 'Costa del Golf' and is widely regarded at the No.1 location for golfers.
A little inland from Puerto Banus and a short drive away is 'Golf Valley' with over 50 Golf courses taking in favourites like Santa Clara, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Calanova and the world famous Marbella Golf and Country Club.
This remarkable golfing landscape is bursting with golfing possibilites from the experienced to those taking their first step on the fairways.
For those with the ski bug, the apartment is a 2 hour drive away from the Sierra Nevada mountain range offering wonderful skiing opportunities between December and May, and for those highly active why not drive a GolfSki holiday break?!

About the Penthouse Apartment
Atico, Casa 1, Medina Garden is furnished to a very high standard and has only recently come to the rental market.
The apartment has a contemporary feel and is furnished as a home and not a rental property.
It offers the most stunning sea and mountain views.
Sleeps maximum of 7 adults or families with children.

3 bedrooms (2 Double Bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room) The master bedroom has access to the front terrace with sea and mountain views and it's own dressing room with extensive wardrobe space. Both other bedrooms share a small terrace at the rear and experience wonderful evening sun.

2 bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom with his and her basins!
The other good sized bathroom accommodates the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have extensive wardrobe space.

There is a large wrap-around south-facing terrace with two sets of patio furniture for al fresco entertaining and dining and 8 sunloungers for relaxation. There is an additional side and rear terrace accessed from the kitchen with table football and seating in a shaded area if required.

2 spacious living rooms with 2 sofas, comfy chairs, TV/DVD (All Spanish channels, ITV, BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4 and no satellite channels), CD player and speakers, colourful original artwork and a cabana for indoor relaxation. Two sets of patio doors lead from the living rooms out onto the terrace.

The kitchen is a very good size, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and electric wok. Adjoining, the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Dining for eight is accomodated within the large kitchen area at the extendable glass table.

Linen and bath towels provided. The apartment will be serviced on the day of your arrival and day of departure.

Prices include electricity, cleaning, laundry, use of underground parking space and a light cleaning with change of linen when renting two or more weeks. Also hire of a cot.
Additional cleaning may be arranged at the rate of 12 euros per hour. Extra days charged on a pro-rata basis
