Puerto Banus, Marbella

Good golf course in great condition and fair to all handicaps. Very Spanish. This is the only municipal course on the Costa, however, it is in far better condition than the classic English courses that are private. 2009 had some of best greens on the Costa and the fairways were like carpets. Have spent lots of money improving the course.

First nine through oak and cork trees, second nine along vast lakes. Whilst playing this fantastic course we watched helicopters a few yards away from us, hovering over the lakes and taking up huge bags of water to fly to a forest fire on the hills behind the course – incredible!

Spectacular location with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Every time played it has been in great condition.

Classic championship course. Watched the ‘Volvo Masters’ on this beautiful course. Generally in excellent condition but can be slightly overplayed at times due to past championships. Rolling fairways and long.

A beautifully matured course. Fabulous condition and great test of golf. Good use of all features, will suit all handicaps.

2 fantastic courses on a magnificent golf resort. Great condition and popular with societies. Well worth the journey.
