• LAS BRITAS

    One of the oldest courses in the area.  Has numerous water hazards.  The fairways are Bermuda Grass.  Not been played by reviewer

  • ALOHA

    One of best known courses on the Costa del Sol.
    Older course but has been improved over years.
    Lots of water and is close to the mountain in places.

  • LOS NARANJOS

    This is a lovely course and a fair test of golf.Enough to keep every level of golfer happy. Fairways are quite wide in places. Has a beautiful clubhouse and orange groves.

  • RIO REAL

    This is an excellent golf course – one of the best on the Costa. It’s tough but a fair test of golf. It has great water features. The River Real comes into play on several of the fairways. On the whole a flat course and scenic.

  • SANTA CLARA

    This course is geared to low-mid handicappers. It’s very tough in places and has some great features. The greens are generally very good as are the views. The course is noted for long par 3s and good sized greens.

  • MARBELLA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

    This is a good course. A fair test of golf for all handicaps.
    Good use of the local environment with lovely views.

  • SANTA MARIA

    Great course for the thinking golfer. It’s tough but very good. This course if considered one of the best along the coast with breathtaking view. Friendly clubhouse

  • CABOPINO

    This is a beautiful golf course, set amongst umbrella pines, and quite challenging. Fantastic views and a lovely clubhouse with views to Gibraltar on a clear day.

  • MIRA FLORES

    This course is another with wonderful views. Good for all handicaps but very hilly. Not played by reviewer..

  • EL CHAPARREL

    Although a fair bit further along the coast, this is a fantastic course for mid-low handicappers and usually has the best greens on the Costa. Great mountain and sea views and plenty of Pine trees! Some interesting and testing holes. If you take a buggy, make sure no valuable are left in buggy while you are on the fairway. Security boxes available in caddie shack. We had no problems and saw no problem but it was recommended. A course well worth playing.
