Travel from Malaga Airport to The Property via Taxi
Should you decide to use a taxi from the general taxi rank at the airport it will normally cost approximately 80 euros and the journey will take approximately 40 minutes.
Highly recommended is Alberto (Velazquez) who runs his own taxi service and can be reached personally or via text on 00 34 679 410 179.
He can be booked in advance and will collect you from the airport, he is generally cheaper than other taxis and will charge approximately 70e Monday to Friday and 80e at weekends.
He is also available to take you to and from places during your stay. I always use him.
It is also possible to get the bus from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus Station. The bus service operates every day of the year and runs every approximately every 45 minutes in the summer and less often in winter. The bus is currently 4.35 euro and the journey time is 45 minutes to Marbella.
From the Marbella bus station take a taxi, there is a taxi rank outside the Marbella bus station. The taxi cost to Puerto Banus is 12 euro or less. It is a short 10 minute taxi ride to Puerto Banus.

Directions from the Airport via Car
From the car hire depot, leave the airport and follow the signs for E15-N340.
Pass the San Miguel factory on your right and follow road round to the right.
Follow signs for Cadiz and Algeciras (not Malaga) to get onto the E15-N340 road.
Look out for the Carranza premises on your right and at this point, fork right and pick up the main E15-N340, signed Benalmadena, Algeciras and Cadiz.
After 17km, take the N340 costa (red sign) for Fuengirola/Algeciras.
Follow this road straight into Puerto Banus, one road all the way.
A new motorway toll road has recently opened which runs parallel to the old coast road.
If you find yourself on this toll road instead don’t panic, you can either stay on it and pay the toll payment (3.75e in the winter and 6.90e) or you can come off at junction 186 (Marbella/Ojen) and join back onto the coast road to Puerto Banus. other times
After 55km, take the N340 Costa (red sign) for San Pedro and go through the tunnel (not E15). You are now just 5km from Puerto Banus!
Ignore the 1st exit sign for Puerto Banus (no 175) but come off at the 2nd exit (no 174) for Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucia, passing El Corte Ingles department store and Hotel PYR on your left.
The road bends to the right and you will see Kristina Szekeley Real estate in front of you.
Turn right, go under a bridge and you will come to a large roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit into Playas Del Duque (on the left hand side of the road is Opencor supermarket and Cipriano restaurant).
Drive down Playas Del Duque with Las Gaviotas complex on your right and Playas Del Duque apartments on your left, you will shortly see a mini roundabout at the end of the road.
The apartment building ‘Medina Garden’ is right at the end of the road, directly in front of you.
Pass the pharmacy on the left and come to a sign for Avenida de Lola Flores. Go straight across the mini roundabout into the underground car park of Medina Garden.
